You come to college to learn––so, naturally, the learning resources on or near campus are extremely important to you. At Columbia Union College, the term “Learning Resources” encompasses a great deal more than is typical on many campuses. More than 190 different countries are represented in Washington, D.C. CUC is close to the world headquarters of the Adventist church and many other places important to the richness of your college experience and the quality of your education, including: The Library of Congress The National Library of Medicine (the world’s largest library of medicine) The Smithsonian Institution National Institutes of Health (NIH) The Carnegie Institute of Washington ORISE, an institute focused on engineering and science.
