Columbia Union College, a Seventh-day Adventist institution, promotes a supports a vegetarian lifestyle; therefore, only vegetarian cuisine is served in the dining hall and at all school-sponsored functions.

The dining hall is located in Wilkinson Hall on the second floor.

Extended Dining Hall Hours:
Monday-Thursday 6:30 am-8:30 pm
Friday 6:30 am-6:00 pm
Sabbath 12 noon-6:00 pm
Sunday 12 noon-6:00 pm

Dining services will be closed during chapel/assembly programs.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be purchased on your meal card, and there are additional opportunities for Cafe a la Cart services.

When the college is closed for snow or holidays, the dining hall operates on a Sunday schedule.
